AR+D Expands Critical Health Equity Partnership with California Department of Public Health

We are excited to announce the continued collaboration between Asare Research and Development (AR+D) and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), reinforcing our commitment to improving health outcomes across the Golden State.

This renewed partnership focuses on a groundbreaking initiative to address cardiovascular health disparities through the HeartBeatCA program. Leveraging funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), our team will provide comprehensive health equity training, educational resources, and organizational support to help CDPH contractors more effectively combat chronic cardiovascular conditions.

Our collaborative efforts will specifically target:

  • Cardiovascular disease prevention
  • Heart health education
  • Support for priority populations
  • Training and evaluation of health intervention strategies

By developing targeted interventions, we aim to support patients diagnosed with or at risk of hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and other chronic health conditions. This work is critically important in addressing health disparities and promoting wellness across California's diverse communities.

The contract, represents our ongoing dedication to advancing public health through innovative, data-driven approaches.
