Overview
The platform delivers cultural humility training, health equity resources, and chronic disease prevention tools to healthcare professionals and communities statewide. AR+D led strategy, design, development, and content production across the full platform.
The Challenge
CDPH needed a scalable digital infrastructure to deliver chronic disease prevention programming and health equity resources to diverse healthcare professionals across California. Existing tools were fragmented, English-only, and not designed for frontline health workers in underserved communities.
Our Approach
We conducted audience research with healthcare professionals and community health workers, designed a bilingual content architecture, and built the platform from the ground up. Our team integrated CDC's National Diabetes Prevention Program framework and developed original health equity policy templates and training resources.
